The benefits of this “Loving Sound Symphony” goes a long way in creating healing, harmony and balance for your mind, body & spirit.

Please bring any nesting materials you may want or need to create comfort during your sound bath experience. Suggestions include yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye covers and water. Chairs will be available for those who prefer sitting.
