Join the Johns Creek Arts Center as we celebrate Diwali, the Indian Festival of Lights.

Diwali is one of the most popular celebrations in Indian and other Asian cultures. The word translates to “row of lights” in Sanskrit and celebrates the victory of good over evil, light over darkness. This multi-day family centered Festival of Lights includes fireworks, food, gifts, colored sand, and special clay lamps. We will make colorful sand Rangoli, hear a delightful Diwali story, decorate a Diya and play games.
