Sejal has worked as an independent art teacher for several years with diverse age groups. She has a degree in Textile Designing from Sophia College, India and a Bachelors of Arts from University of Mumbai, India. Sejal has worked as a textile designer and also held several exhibits showcasing garments and upholstery designs. Screen printing and block printing fabric is her specialization.
Sejal’s journey with art started in school days when she would make paintings and gift it to friends and family. In early school years she participated in state level art contests and received recognitions. At that point, she knew that she was going to choose art as her career. During her high school years, she held several workshops in ceramic pot designing, sewing and knitting. She loves working on two dimensional designs and abstracts with acrylics and watercolors.
She has a son and balances her life with work and family. Teaching art is her passion and she believes in imparting her passion to children.
