Eight Weeks to Wellness is a class for women that combines coaching psychology with sensible, researched principles of wellness. Each class provides educational instruction related to the three pillars of wellness: nutrition, movement or stress management. The remainder of the class is spent in group interaction. Each participant works on the area(s) of wellness that they choose to focus upon, while gaining the tools needed to master a healthy lifestyle. Participants create a vision board as part of this course. Please bring a spiral notebook and pen to each class.
