The art of the self-portrait transcends art movements throughout history. While every work of art contains a piece of the artists’ personality and vision, a self-portrait offers a unique lens through which the artist can explore themes of identity and gives the viewer a unique opportunity to form a more personal connection with the mind of the artist.

Now You See Me: Contemporary Self-Portraiture is an exploration of the minds of the modern artist, pushing the boundaries of what is expected from a self-portrait. With a mix of traditional and esoteric pieces, each artwork is a window into a unique, yet relatable, experience of the artist.
